HTML 5 Reources Bonanza

Wow, its been awhile since I paid a visit to smashingmagazine.com and so I paid a visit today and saw that they had some great HTML5 resources.  Or rather a super sexy cheat sheet for HTML 5 syntax and so that is what today’s post is going to be about HTML 5 and all the resources you can handle.

SlickMap CSS

I came across this today,  it is a neat little CSS script that adds a little Web 2.0 for your sitemaps or web design projects.  It it consist of two files with the CSS being only 237 lines of code thats comes with a few images to help you on your way.

WordPress Plugin Starter Guide

Although I have been blogging in WordPress for about 6 months now and after suggestion a few blogs on what plug-ins to use and of course some recommendations from a few WordPress users.  So if you’re getting into blogging and are going to be using WordPress as your blog software and in the process of installing plug-ins.  I would recommend what I call the starter package and what I mean by that is you want to install these plug-ins before anything else and before posting.

350+ Great CSS Tools and Techniques

Web Developers Handbook

I know about this website, going on four years now and it has given me great ideas in how to become a better CSS designer or rather be more efficient in CSS design.  Of course, since then they have expanded on CSS in which they include, (X)HTML, AJAX, WordPress, Blogger, Firefox, SEO, DOM and more.  This is a definite must have website in your tools for design, just because there is so much information at your disposal. Saint Michael Goes Twitter and Other Stuff!

A fellow member of trap17 created a website in which he design various flash clocks to help spruce up your site or even add into your flash layouts as well.  From what I seen most of the clocks are good and designed in various pieces from 18th and 19th century styles to even some fancy techy ones as well.  So check out his site Free Flash Clock’s and and see which work for you and download the source code to add to your designs.
